WebBlended Retirement System (BRS) and are eligible for Continuation Pay (CP). Under BRS you may be eligible for CP at 12 years of service (YOS) based on your pay entry base date (PEBD). CP is a one-time, midcareer incentive payment in exchange for an agreement to perform four years of additional obligated service.
