WebbIt's not as much a fear as it is a discomfort. When I see holes like that it reminds me of wasps nests or bee hives (I'm frightened of both with the fear of being stung.) I just imagine nasty little eggs living in those holes that will soon hatch and become bees or wasps. I found this while doing a random search.
