Webb31 maj 2016 · Rebuild times should be only so bad, it's a straight copy from one drive to the other. Rmember, RAID 10 rarely lets you grow, though. It's using an H730P RAID card, which does allow you to add drives to a RAID 10 to increase capacity. At least it says so in the guide, on the bottom of page 34 here: Webb17 okt. 2015 · Actually, our 24TB RAID 6 SAN rebuilds in about 18 hours. Looks like the size is more important than the RAID type based on our testing. Time to rebuild is known to be a factor of RAID type and size/speed of drives in the array. If you had the same 3TB drives as the op you'd probably be looking at a RAID6 rebuild time measured in weeks. No Way!
